Chatonio offers four subscription tiers:

Higher plans also include lower AI markup, more integrations, and larger email and storage quotas, plus additional features: email marketing campaigns on every paid plan, and on Pro and Ultimate the client helpdesk portal, branding removal, custom helpdesk domains, Live Visitors, Telegram broadcasts, and the developer API with webhooks. AI token billing
AI usage is billed per token. Each project has an AI balance that is deducted with every AI call. When the balance reaches zero, the AI stops responding and clients receive a notice.
You can top up your project's AI balance from your wallet at any time.
Wallet
Your wallet is a unified balance used for both plan subscriptions and AI top-ups. Subscription renewals are charged automatically from your wallet each month.
Markup
Each plan has a markup factor applied to AI token costs. Higher plans get lower markup, making AI usage more cost-effective at scale.
