Subscription plans
Chatonio offers four subscription tiers:

Higher plans also include lower AI markup, more integrations, and larger email and storage quotas, plus additional features: on every paid plan, email marketing campaigns, the developer API with webhooks, Insights (website analytics, traffic sources, live visitors and conversion goals) and proactive chat messages; on Pro and Ultimate also the client helpdesk portal, branding removal, custom helpdesk domains, Telegram broadcasts and on-site popups. Where to find all this
Everything on this page lives under Billing. Its header always shows the two numbers that decide what you can do next — your plan on the left, your wallet balance on the right.
Below the header are four tabs:
- Plan — how much of each limit you are using, the full plan comparison, and the box for a voucher code.
- Top-up — adding money to your wallet.
- Resources — each project's AI balance, and email packages.
- Transactions — every movement in and out of your wallet.
The usage gauges on the Plan tab turn amber as a limit fills up, and the line underneath names the ones that are close. Some limits apply to your whole account and some to a single project, so they are listed in two groups.
AI token billing
AI usage is billed per token. Each project has an AI balance that is deducted with every AI call. When the balance reaches zero, the AI stops responding and clients receive a notice.
You can top up a project's AI balance from your wallet at any time, on the Resources tab. Each project shows how much credit is left, how much it has spent this month, and whether that balance is healthy or running low.
Wallet
Your wallet is a unified balance used for both plan subscriptions and AI top-ups. Subscription renewals are charged automatically from your wallet each month.

Markup
Each plan has a markup factor applied to AI token costs. Higher plans get lower markup, making AI usage more cost-effective at scale.
