What a voucher code does
A voucher code is a short code we issue — for a promotion, a partner deal, or as a goodwill gesture from support. Redeeming one can give you free time on a paid plan, credit on your account balance, or both. You will see exactly what was applied the moment you redeem it.
Redeeming a code
Open Billing and stay on the Plan tab. The Have a code? box sits at the top, just above your usage.
Paste the code and press Redeem. Codes are not case-sensitive, and your account email has to be verified first.
What you get
The box is replaced by a confirmation listing everything the code applied — the plan and the date it runs until, the credit added to your balance, or both.
Account credit behaves like any other money in your wallet: it pays for plan renewals and for topping up a project's AI balance.
Free plan time does not renew by itself
This is the one thing worth knowing in advance. A plan period that came from a voucher does not renew automatically and nothing is charged for it. When it ends, your workspace simply returns to the Free plan. We email you a few days beforehand so it is not a surprise.
If you want to carry on, subscribe before that date — whatever free time you have left is added on top, so you lose none of it. The quickest way is the Keep this plan button in the header of the Billing page.
That button charges the plan price from your wallet straight away, and the paid month starts after your free time runs out.
If a code will not apply
- We do not recognise that code. Check it for typos — it is easy to confuse a zero with the letter O.
- That code is no longer available. It has expired, or it was limited to a number of people and they have all claimed it. The limit is shared across everyone, not per account.
- You have already used this code. Each code works once per account.
- That code is for accounts that have not purchased a plan yet. Some codes are for new customers only.
If none of those fit, contact support with the code and we will look it up.
